A note from Linsey: As a single mum building a business from scratch, there were days where the list of important things felt completely impossible. Business tasks, looking after my daughter, self-care, admin, content, daily home cleaning and cooking— all screaming for attention at once. The thing that saved me wasn't a fancy system. It was learning to ask: does this actually need to happen today? Usually, the answer was no. This worksheet is built around that question.

Look at that list. Take a breath. None of it has to happen today. You are one person, and you are already doing something remarkable by showing up at all. The next steps are about choosing — not doing everything at once.

The honest truth: If you have 10 hours this week, you can do 10 hours of things — not 40. The overwhelm often comes from holding a 40-hour list against a 10-hour reality. This section is your permission to plan for the week you actually have.
