We'll review your submission to ensure it aligns with our community values.

If approved, your resource is added to the Freebie Vault with full credit to you or your business. All resources link directly to your external download page — we don't host files on our site.
What you'll need before submitting
- The title of your free resource
- A short description — what it is and who it's for
- The category it best fits into
- 5–10 keywords or tags to help people find it
- A working external download link (Google Drive, Notion, Gumroad, etc.)
- Your name or business name
- Optional: a link to a cover image or thumbnail for your resource
A few important notes
- Your resource must be completely free
- Submissions are manually reviewed before publishing
- We reserve the right to decline submissions that aren't a good fit
- Our goal is to keep this space genuinely useful and aligned with the values of women building real businesses
If your resource isn't selected, please don't feel disheartened — it simply means it wasn't the right fit for the library at this time. We genuinely appreciate every submission.
